Since last time we spoke I’ve modified my daily supplement stack based on the newest studies.
What I was taking before was working fine, but sometimes I’d still have flair-ups. Switching to glucosamine sulfate is supposed to increase the rate it’s usable by the body and there’s some good research now on boswellia.
Thus far, I’d say the most effective supplement is the fish oil. I’ve been using it for years and can almost immediately notice when I stop taking it. The turmeric also seems to have a good effect for me along with the glucosamine and chondroitin.
I’ll give this new stack a few months and then check back in with how it’s going.
On Waking-up

(with breakfast)
- Glucosamine Sulfate + Chondroitin 750mg/600mg
- Turmeric 665mg
- Fish Oil 2,000mg
- Boswellia 500mg
Evening
(with dinner)
